In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak265" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at pak265.app, including all associated sub -domains, mobile interfaces, and APIs forming part of the same service.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak265 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on pak265 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's pak265 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a pak265 promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product available on the pak265 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process pak265 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment details before processing withdrawals.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA, Pakistan's primary identity document accepted for KYC verification on pak265.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the pak265 platform for all deposits, withdrawals, and displayed balances.

To register and use a pak265 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak265 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will permanently close any account found to have been opened by a person under 21, with forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as a representative of any business entity or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pak265 employee or any company forming part of the pak265 group.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pak265 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by pak265 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Each Player is permitted to hold one pak265 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Where pak265 identifies duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual, pak265 reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately, retain any balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the platform without further notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pak265 username and password at all times.
• All activity conducted through your pak265 account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Logging out of your pak265 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying pak265 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pak265 will never contact you by email, Live Chat, SMS, or any other channel to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from pak265 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pak265 support immediately.

pak265 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

pak265 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or bank account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are credited to your pak265 balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one business day for bank transfer methods.
• pak265 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• pak265 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–48 hours. Delays may occur where additional verification is required.
• pak265 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000, including source of funds declarations, in compliance with its AML obligations.

All bets placed on pak265 are subject to the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market, as published on the pak265 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific sport or game rule, the specific rule shall prevail in respect of that bet.

General betting rules applicable across all pak265 markets include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. pak265 reserves the right to correct any odds that are clearly displayed in error (palpable error) and will void any bets placed at such odds.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by pak265, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where an early cash-out facility is expressly available for that market.
• pak265 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per Player. These limits are published on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on pak265 at the time the bet was placed.
• pak265 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where the integrity of the relevant event is in question, or where pak265 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed on the basis of insider information or in connection with match-fixing activity.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to the same general rules above. pak265 accepts no liability for connectivity issues or data feed delays that may affect a Player's ability to place a live bet. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they have a reliable internet connection when engaging in live betting.

pak265 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general bonus rules.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full using real-money bets.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts or shared payment details constitute a breach of these terms.
• pak265 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the offer is being abused or where business circumstances require amendment.
• Where pak265 determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from a bonus, using automated betting systems, or otherwise acting in bad faith — pak265 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Player's account.
• Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Player's account without compensation.

pak265 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its Players. Gambling on pak265 is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or managing personal or emotional problems.

pak265 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your pak265 account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the pak265 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak265 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pak265 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pak265 software.
• Use the pak265 brand, logo, or name in any way that implies an unauthorised affiliation or endorsement.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the pak265 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pak265 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak265 excludes all liability for any losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak265 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or gaming activity, including losses resulting from technical failures, data feed errors, or connectivity interruptions during live betting.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even where pak265 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pak265 platform or any part thereof, for any reason.
• Unauthorised access to your pak265 account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes pak265's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pak265's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak265 makes the platform available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

pak265 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a pak265 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the pak265 Privacy Policy.

In summary, pak265 may collect and use the following categories of personal data:

• Registration data: full name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, email address.
• Financial data: payment method details, transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records.
• Behavioural data: betting history, session duration, game preferences, and responsible gaming tool usage.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, and geolocation data.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak265's operating jurisdiction as specified in its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and pak265 that cannot be resolved through pak265's internal complaints process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. pak265's internal complaints process must be exhausted before any formal dispute resolution procedure is initiated.
